C150 / C110MC Troubleshooting

Applies to: C150 (6 Zone CPU) · C110MC (Basic CPU)

Zones are not opening or responding

One or more zones are unresponsive to open/close commands.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Disconnect the zone motor from the problem port and plug it into a different unused port on the CPU
  2. Verify the CT24ACE transformer is powered and outputting ~24VAC
  3. Check wiring polarity and that all connectors are fully seated
  4. On the C110MC, confirm zones are wired starting at Zone 1 consecutively — skipped ports are not supported on the basic CPU
note

On Daikin systems, it can take up to two minutes for dampers to open after a command is sent.

Wall controller not powering on

The C110WC push button controller or any connected screen shows no power.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Check the Cat5e cable between the CPU and the wall controller — re-seat both ends
  2. Try a different port on the CPU if multiple ports are available
  3. Verify the CT24ACE transformer is providing ~24VAC to the CPU
  4. If the issue persists, the CPU or wall controller may need replacement — contact your installer

No 24VAC supply — system not operating

The system has no power or zones are unresponsive across the board.

Check the following:

  • Verify the transformer is plugged into an earthed GPO and the GPO is switched on
  • Confirm output voltage from the transformer is ~24VAC
  • Ensure the transformer is not wired directly to the AC unit's power supply — this is not supported
  • Check wiring polarity and that all connectors are fully seated
