Nano Troubleshooting
Applies to: CCTSS# · CSW
Missing AC icons on the screen
The Nano home screen is missing the air conditioning control tiles.
Steps to resolve:
- Go to Setup → Services and ensure the AC service is not hidden
- If the AC service is absent, go to Setup → Find CPU to re-detect the C225
- Confirm the C325# AC interface module is correctly fitted to the C225 CPU
Screen is beeping and flickering
The Nano emits a beeping sound and/or the display is flickering.
Steps to resolve:
- Beeping and flickering together usually indicate a communication fault between the Nano and the C225
- Check the Cat5e cable connection at both ends — re-seat firmly
- Try a different iZone Net port on the C225
- Ensure the cable does not run parallel to mains wiring (maintain ≥100mm separation)
- Replace the cable if the issue persists
Screen is frozen
The Nano touch screen is unresponsive to touch input.
Steps to resolve:
- Hold the reset button on the rear of the Nano for 5 seconds to force a reboot
- If unresponsive, power cycle the C225 by disconnecting the CT24ACE transformer for 10 seconds
- If freezing recurs, check for and install any available firmware update: Setup → About → Check for Update

This procedure applies only to the older CCTS controller (discontinued). It does not apply to the current Nano (CCTSS#).
- Power off the screen completely
- While powering back on, hold the touch screen at the top-left corner for 5 seconds until the calibration grid appears
- Tap each calibration point as prompted
- Once complete, the screen will return to normal operation
