LG

Module used to integrate with a LG AC unit. The iZone AC unit module (C325#) connects to the CPU module (C225) to enable communication with a ducted AC unit.

Connection​

  • Wire the C225 / C325L2 AC Unit Control Cable port to the LG unit fan coil unit wired controller control port pins as depicted by black and yellow cables in picture below.

Notes​

  • When using the LG communication cable PZCWRCG3 (not supplied by iZone) to wire LG fan coil unit to iZone device:
    • Use the yellow and black cables for the connection.
    • Red cable is not required for iZone connection.
    • Polarity is not critical.

Connection​

  • Polarity is not critical
  • Connect a shielded, 2 core, twisted pair control cable from the C225 to the PI485 Gateway (M) board in the condensing unit. This cable and PI485 Gateway board are NOT supplied by iZone.
  • A - B wire: Connect the unit communication cable from C225 to A-B terminals on the PI485 PCB in the condensing unit.

Notes​

  • Required LG PI485 Gateway (M) board in condensing unit supplied by LG as an optional extra and must be ordered with the AC unit.
