VRF AC units
The iZone VRF Host Module (CVRFH) will eliminate the need for an iZone CPU module (C225) and Smart Hub for every indoor unit, which results in a cost-effective climate control solution. Install a single iZone 8-zone CPU module on one of the indoor units, then install a VRF AC Host Module and AC unit module on every subsequent indoor unit and connect them together with a CAT5 cable.

Sample layout
Consider 1 VRF outdoor unit and 4 indoor VRF units. One of the indoor units are zoned and the others are individually controlled.

Considerations
The CPU Module (C225) supplies power to all connected VRF AC Host Modules (CVRFH). The maximum cable length of 80 meters for each iZone NET port is limited due to voltage drop over longer cable runs. The C225 provides three iZone NET ports, allowing installers to distribute modules across multiple ports and extend the overall system length where required.
